PepsiCo Invites Emiratis to Explore Leadership Program Placements at UAE Career Fair

PepsiCo, the global food and beverage company, will open up the exciting world of working for a multinational organization to keen Emiratis at this year’s UAE Career Fair, held from March 13-15 at the Dubai World Trade Center. Visitors to the career fair can explore the potential for careers within PepsiCo that span numerous sectors, from science and technology to marketing and design.

Throughout the fair, PepsiCo will offer summer internships to fresh graduates with 0-2 years’ experience, as well as seeking bright young talent to join its Tomorrow’s Leaders Program – a unique platform designed for passionate Emirati students who want to jumpstart their career. Tomorrow’s Leaders participants gain a permanent position within PepsiCo, and are provided with training and development initiatives to enable them to flourish and grow.

Pavan Bhatia, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at PepsiCo Asia, Middle East and North Africa, said: “We are very impressed with the young Emirati talent and PepsiCo is committed to providing opportunities for young Emiratis to join our company. We want to play a key role in the UAE Vision 2021 to develop a knowledge-based economy. We aim to elevate talented nationals to leadership roles by providing the training and guidance needed to realize their full potential.”

Yasmin Alawadhi joined PepsiCo’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Program in 2017 as a management trainee. “PepsiCo has given me so many opportunities to grow my capabilities. The journey since joining has been an incredible one of discovery and learning. There are career paths in PepsiCo that will appeal to anyone, whether they want to work in public relations and communications, like me, or in any number of alternative roles. I definitely recommend visiting us at UAE Career Fair to learn more about how can PepsiCo help you to find your ideal career.”
