New Saudi envoys sworn in


JEDDAH: Thirteen newly appointed Saudi ambassadors were sworn in before King Salman at Al-Yamamah Palace in Riyadh on Sunday.

The ambassadors to Switzerland, Prince Mansour bin Nasser bin Abdul Aziz; Germany, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah; Senegal, Fahad bin Ali Al-Dousari; Vietnam, Saud bin Fahd bin Suwailem; Brazil, Ali bin Abdullah Bahaitham; Ivory Coast, Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Subai’i; Ghana, Mishaal bin Hamdan Al-Ruki; Ethiopia, Sami bin Jamil Abdel Salam Abdullah; Mali, Khalid bin Mabrouk Al-Khalid; Djibouti, Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al-Matar; Zambia, Osama bin Mohammed Kranchi; Japan, Naif bin Marzouq Al-Fahadi; and the UAE, Turki bin Abdullah Al-Dakhil were sworn in after reciting an oath of loyalty.

The ceremony was attended by Interior Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Saud bin Naif, Minister of State Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdel Aziz Al-Assaf.
