MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD), the property development arm of the MAG Group Holding, signed a strategic partnership with Ayana Holding, an internationally recognised organisation with businesses and investments that provide services across a diverse scope of industries.

As part of this agreement, Ayana Holding will provide MAG LD, through its portfolio of companies — VX Studio, Opaal Interiors, Performaa, and Brand Capital among others —  a diverse scope of services and expertise for new and existing projects and for the brand as a whole:

  • VX Studio: will continue to build upon the existing relationship it has with MAG LD by delivering design and construction management services.

  • Opaal Interiors: will continue providing MAG LD’s projects and developments with interior design and furnishing.

  • Performaa: will enhance the sales strategy and operation cycle for the company and assist with implementing strategic and operational improvements.

  • Brand Capital: will focus on working with MAG LD to enhance and boost the organisation’s marketing direction, by curating strategies based on short-term and long-term goals.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG LD, commented: “We are proud to be initiating this strategic partnership with Ayana Holding as it is in line with MAG LD’s mandate to ‘Expect More’. Its portfolio of companies has added indispensable value to our current projects, and we look forward to a long and strong partnership that will benefit our future projects as well. MAG LD consistently delivers its best to its residents by initiating such agreements that translate into residents’ satisfaction.”

Hamid Kerayechian, CEO & Founding Partner of Ayana Holding, said: “We are proud to be partnering with MAG Lifestyle Development— a respected and recognisable name in the real estate industry — and we look forward to a long and successful venture together. Ayana Holding brings a solid international portfolio of companies to the partnership, all of which will proudly work towards growing MAG LD’s footprint in the region. I see this endeavour as the growth of a relationship established on the same shared values of quality and excellence.”
