DAMAC offers major savings for home buyers

DAMAC Properties has extended its summer promotions until end of July 2018, offering a number of incentives for home buyers looking to invest in Dubai’s luxury housing market.  UAE residents and global investors can take advantage of the unique range of incentives across DAMAC’s property portfolio at DAMAC Hills, AKOYA Oxygen and DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts.

“DAMAC has extended its summer promotions to offer residents and visitors to Dubai the chance to buy their dream home or invest into in-demand distinctive living concepts,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President at DAMAC Properties. “The offers range from various fee waivers for service charges and DLD registration fees, to extended post-completion payment plans and complimentary club memberships at the Trump International Golf Club Dubai.”

At the luxurious DAMAC Hills community, home to a selection of well-appointed villas surrounded by the lush fairways of the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, DAMAC is offering complimentary club memberships ranging from one to three years for customers buying the park villas and the golf facing villas respectively. On select villas that start at AED 2.67 million, customers will be able to take advantage of fee waivers for DLD registration and no service charges for 10 years.

At AKOYA Oxygen, DAMAC is waiving fifty percent of the DLD registration fees and service charges for 10 years for its Casablanca and Aurum villas. The award-winning master community, AKOYA Oxygen, located off Umm Suqeim Road, offers serene family residences surrounded by beautiful landscaping and cascading water features.

For customers interested in investing in Dubai’s lucrative hotel apartments market, DAMAC is offering 24 percent guaranteed rental returns over three years, or 70 percent post-completion payment plans over 21 months on units in DAMAC Towers by Paramount Hotels & Resorts. Additional to that offer, DAMAC will be absorbing the applicable five percent VAT on select units.
