With tickets costing only Dh143, travellers can enjoy a last-minute tropical retreat for less.
Dubai: In keeping with the spirit of Valentine’s Day, Cebu Pacific is offering a bargain airfare deal that may be difficult for avid travellers to resist.
The Philippines’ budget carrier announced on Wednesday that it just launched a one-way fare from Dubai to Manila for only Dh143. That’s a saving of approximately more than Dh1,000.
UAE residents who want to avail themselves of the offer and enjoy a tropical retreat need to act fast as the seat sale is valid only from today February 14 to 15, or until seats last.
The special fare can be used for travel between June 1 and December 31, 2018.
The low-cost airline operates flights to a total of 37 domestic and 25 international destinations in Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the United States. Its 60-strong fleet includes 36 Airbus A320, 8 Airbus A330, 8 ATR 72-500, and 8 ATR 72-600.
It has ordered 47 more brand-new planes that are scheduled for delivery between 2017 and 2022.
Other airlines, including Virgin Atlantic and Emirates, had earlier offered a special treat to flyers for Valentine’s Day.
Virgin Atlantic had launched a promortional fare in time for the love month, while Emirates have prepared some sweet treats, to make February 14 extra special for its passengers.
