Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone has unveiled its representative office in Dubai, aiming to extend its fast‑track, digitally driven business‑setup services to a wider audience. The new facility, situated on the ninth floor of Aspin Tower and established in partnership with FDI Zone, reflects ANCFZ’s strategic push beyond its Ajman base to attract entrepreneurs across the UAE market. The announcement was confirmed by its Chief Executive Officer, Rishi Somaiya.

ANCFZ first entered the free‑zone landscape in November 2024, offering uniquely efficient services—including business licences issued in as little as two hours, visa approvals within 24 to 48 hours, and a fully digital, paperwork‑free process. That approach rapidly drew over 450 businesses in its initial months.

The introduction of a Dubai office allows ANCFZ to meet rising demand from entrepreneurs drawn to its agility and investor‑friendly pricing models. Its service offerings—such as licence issuance in mere hours, swift visa processing, and digital handling of administrative tasks—distinguish it from more traditional free zones.

ANCFZ’s amenities include installation‑free business setup, flexible payment plans, and the ability to register up to ten business activities under a single licence—tailored to sectors ranging from technology, media, and trade to emerging fields like artificial intelligence and the metaverse.

The new Dubai presence is expected to strengthen ANCFZ’s appeal among startups and SMEs seeking streamlined entry into the UAE’s business ecosystem—particularly those looking for efficiency without compromising on cost or flexibility.
