Waldorf Astoria's First Global Residential Tower to Rise in Dubai

Hilton and NABNI Developments have unveiled plans for the Waldorf Astoria Residences Dubai Downtown, marking the luxury hospitality brand’s inaugural standalone residential project outside the United States. Scheduled for completion in 2028, the development is set to become a prominent fixture in Dubai’s skyline and a benchmark for luxury living in the region.

The 70-storey tower, designed by renowned architect Carlos Ott, will be situated on a 1.5-acre plot in Downtown Dubai. The interiors are being crafted by the award-winning design firm Hirsch Bedner Associates, ensuring a blend of architectural innovation and refined aesthetics. The project will feature 146 residences, including a mix of one- to four-bedroom apartments and luxury villas, all managed under the Waldorf Astoria brand.

Residents will benefit from exclusive services synonymous with Waldorf Astoria’s legacy, including elite Hilton Honors status and a suite of bespoke amenities. The development's prime location offers proximity to iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, providing unparalleled access to the city’s premier attractions.
