ACC Secures Prestigious Contract for Baccarat Hotel and Residences in Dubai

Arabian Construction Company has been awarded the main works contract for the Baccarat Hotel and Residences project in Downtown Dubai. This development, owned by Shamal Holding, marks the debut of the esteemed Baccarat brand in the United Arab Emirates and is scheduled to open in 2026.

The project features two crystal-inspired towers designed by the renowned architectural firm Studio Libeskind. The first tower will house a 144-room luxury hotel and 49 branded residences, offering panoramic views of landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Al Fahidi Fort, and Dubai Creek. The second tower's purpose has not been specified in the available information.

Interior designs are being crafted by the London-based studio 1508 London, aiming to reflect Baccarat's legacy of fine craftsmanship and opulence. The development will include multiple food and beverage outlets, a luxury spa, and a pool overlooking the Burj Khalifa.

Shamal Holding is collaborating with H&H Development, a Dubai-based real estate investor and developer, to bring this project to fruition. The Baccarat brand, founded in 1764 by King Louis XV of France, is renowned for its exquisite crystal artistry. The Dubai project aims to encapsulate this heritage, blending it with the city's dynamic energy and luxury standards.
