Dubai to Host Premier Global Real Estate Tech Summit in 2026

Dubai is set to host 'PropTech Connect 2026', the world's largest conference and exhibition dedicated to real estate technology. This landmark event aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, to position the emirate as a global hub for innovation and the digital economy.

Organised by the Dubai Land Department , 'PropTech Connect 2026' aims to convene a diverse group of leaders, investors, and technology companies from around the globe. The focus will be on exploring cutting-edge digital solutions, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, and data analytics, that are transforming the real estate sector worldwide.

His Excellency Sultan Butti bin Mejren, Director-General of DLD, emphasised the significance of the event, stating that it reflects Dubai's commitment to embracing technological advancements and fostering a conducive environment for innovation in real estate. He noted that the conference would serve as a platform for stakeholders to collaborate and share insights on the future of the industry.

The announcement of 'PropTech Connect 2026' comes at a time when Dubai is witnessing a surge in technological integration across various sectors. In addition to 'PropTech Connect 2026', Dubai is also gearing up to host 'RISE 2026', the Real Estate Investment Summit & Expo, scheduled from 13–15 January 2026 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai. This event will bring together urban development leaders, investors, and city planners to discuss the future of urban development and investment opportunities.
