ADNEC and UAE Ministry of Defence Forge Alliance for DIACC 2025

The partnership agreement was signed in the presence of Major General Pilot Rashed Mohammed Al Shamsi, Commander of the Air Force and Air Defence. Signatories included Major General Dr. Mubarak Saeed bin Ghafan Al Jabri, Assistant Under-Secretary for Support and Defence Industries at the Ministry of Defence, and Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNEC Group.
Major General Dr. Al Jabri highlighted DIACC's evolution since its 2003 inception into a leading global forum for air power discussions. He emphasized that the collaboration with ADNEC aims to enhance the conference's appeal to international air force leaders and specialists, reflecting the UAE's esteemed global position.
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri expressed ADNEC's commitment to elevating DIACC 2025, ensuring it serves as a pivotal platform for dialogue on aerial warfare advancements and strategic defence initiatives. He noted that the partnership aligns with ADNEC's mission to host world-class events that bolster the UAE's defence sector.
DIACC 2025 is set to convene delegates from over 70 nations at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai. The conference will facilitate high-level networking and provide insights into air power transformation, focusing on emerging technologies and strategic defence imperatives. Topics on the agenda include artificial intelligence in defence, autonomous systems, and ultra-long-range airborne early warning and control systems.
