Etihad Airways expands global footprint with 10 new routes in 2025
Etihad Airways has announced plans to launch 10 new routes in 2025 as part of its strategy to increase global connectivity and boost tourism to Abu Dhabi. These new routes are aimed at enhancing the airline's network and provide passengers with more travel options to and from the UAE capital.
The new routes will start rolling out in July 2025, with the airline offering four weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Atlanta, USA, aboard an Airbus A350. This will be followed by daily flights to Taipei, Taiwan, starting September 2025, using a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Etihad will also introduce flights to Medan (Indonesia), Phnom Penh (Cambodia), and Krabi (Thailand) by October 2025, further enhancing its presence in Asia.
