du launches new B2B strategy with sub-brands to drive digital transformation

Telecom operator du, one of the UAE's leading digital service providers, has restructured its Business-to-Business (B2B) portfolio, introducing new sub-brands aimed at advancing the country's digital transformation. The move, which includes the unveiling of two major operating divisions—du Tech and du Infra—marks a significant shift in du’s approach to serving enterprises, government bodies, and SMEs.

This expansion reflects du’s ambition to evolve beyond traditional telecom offerings and provide integrated digital solutions across critical sectors. The new brands complement du Business, the original B2B arm, which will continue offering core connectivity services through 5G and fiber networks to enhance business agility and productivity.

du Tech, the centerpiece of this transformation, is designed to provide advanced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) solutions. With a focus on sectors like government and large enterprises, the division will offer services including cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain. The strategic aim is to empower organizations to adopt secure and agile technology solutions that align with the UAE's digital vision.

At the same time, du Infra will focus on providing the network infrastructure needed to support these digital services. This includes ensuring secure and efficient data flow and network management for enterprises and government agencies, allowing them to innovate while maintaining operational reliability.

Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO of du, emphasized that the revamped portfolio represents more than just a service upgrade. He explained that the company is positioning itself as a comprehensive enabler of digital transformation in the UAE, guiding businesses as they navigate the evolving digital landscape.
