dnata, a key division of the Emirates Group, has secured a major contract to provide ground handling services for Royal Jordanian Airlines at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). The deal, covering ramp, passenger, and baggage handling, builds on their existing collaboration at Detroit since 2019. Royal Jordanian, operating daily flights between Amman and JFK’s Terminal 8, aims to serve 125,000 passengers annually under this agreement. dnata’s operations at JFK already span over 30 airlines, supported by a workforce of 1,100. This contract underscores dnata’s expanding presence across U.S. aviation, handling millions of passengers yearly while managing significant logistics and cargo operations.
